General
It is recommended to keep all jewelry away from liquids and perfume. While our jewelry has undergone a specific PVD coating process to make the jewelry durable when in contact with water, we still recommend keeping jewelry in a cool and dry place away from liquids for durability.

Returns And Cancelation
Cancellation or modification requests are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. After 2 hours, we are already been working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it. Therefore, we cannot assure modifications once an order is placed. We advise you to choose your items carefully, as changes after order placement cannot be guaranteed. Please email us at support@amamius.com of you need to cancel or change your order and we will try to work with you.
If you wish to then return your order, please note we do not offer free returns. You will need to send the product back to us and you can use a one time free exchange. Please email us as support@amamius.com for more information and support.
If you encounter any problems with your product, kindly email at support@amamius.com. You will be required to provide your order number and the email address associated with your order. This information will enable us to investigate the issue, assess whether a replacement or refund is suitable, and take steps to prevent similar errors in the future.
The decision between a replacement or refund will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific circumstances of your order. To be eligible for a refund, please adhere to the following criteria:
- Defective or Damaged Items: Provide clear photographic evidence of any defects or damages within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Incorrect Orders: Promptly notify us and include supporting evidence of the incorrect item within 3 days of receiving your order.
If you are to receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant directly.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays). We generally ship products within 2 business days of receiving your order. Thereafter, it may take from 2 to 5 business days for the product to arrive after being shipped.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow the order journey.
We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.
Please note that we can only send your order to the address you provide on your order. If you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

Payment
Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Paypal and other payment third party providers which are extremely secure and highly encrypted systems designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit and Debit Cards: You can securely enter your credit or debit card information during the checkout process. We support major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover.
- Digital Wallets: If you prefer using digital wallets like PayPal, you can easily select these option during checkout, making the process quick and convenient.
Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout, there will be a box for you to enter your promo code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.
Please note that only one promo code can be used per order. If the promo code has expired, you won’t be able use it.
